ORVO

Track Renewals

Add fixed-term contracts and recurring subscriptions, import renewal CSV files, parse source documents, and manage workflow status.

Use Renewals to track fixed-term contracts and recurring subscriptions in one ledger.

Open Renewals

From the sidebar, go to Renewals, then Fixed Term or Recurring.

Both options open the Renewals workspace with the selected record type in focus.

Find Records

Use Search to find records by vendor, product, owner, notes, or contacts.

Use filters to focus by:

  • Type.
  • Workflow.
  • Pricing.
  • Renewal.

Use Table view for a structured ledger. Use Board view to manage records by workflow stage.

Add a Record

Use Add, then choose:

  • Upload And Parse.
  • Fixed Term.
  • Recurring.

The record editor can include workflow, vendor, product, description, billing link, currency, owner fields, dates, contacts, pricing, usage, notification emails, reminders, notes, and attachments.

Required fields include vendor name, workflow status, and pricing model.

Upload And Parse

Use Upload And Parse when you want ORVO to start a new renewal record from source files.

Supported file selection includes PDF, Office documents, text files, spreadsheets, presentations, and common image files. Review the parsed fields before saving.

Import CSV

Use Import CSV when you need to load multiple renewal records at once.

Download the starter template from the import modal. The template uses backend field names such as vendor_name. Readable headers are still accepted by the API, but the template uses the exact import field names.

Imports are not idempotent. Re-uploading the same file can create duplicate contracts.

Use Board View

Board view groups renewal records by workflow status.

Drag a record between workflow columns to update its workflow stage. If the backend does not persist the stage change, ORVO moves the card back and shows an error.

Export Renewals

Use Export, then choose:

  • Current View for the filtered ledger.
  • All Records for the complete renewals dataset.
