Tickets
Review open, created, completed, and support ticket details.
Ticket views help MSP users and enabled client workspaces review support requests and ticket status.
Ticket access may be limited by MSP or client configuration.
Ticket Dashboard
The ticket dashboard shows ticket records across companies for users with access.
Use Search by anything to find tickets by company, status, summary, reporter, created date, or ticket ID.
The table can show:
- Company.
- Summary.
- Reporter.
- Status.
- Created date.
- ID.
Select a ticket to open ticket details.
Open Tickets
Open Tickets shows currently open ticket records for a client.
Use Search by anything to find tickets by company, status, summary, reporter, assignee, created date, or ID.
The table can show:
- Status.
- Reporter.
- Summary.
- Assignee.
- Created date.
- ID.
Use Refresh to reload the ticket list.
Tickets Created in the Last 30 Days
This view shows tickets created recently for the selected client.
Use it to understand recent request volume and ticket intake.
Tickets Completed in the Last 30 Days
This view shows recently completed tickets for the selected client.
Use Download when you need to export the completed ticket list.
Ticket Details
Ticket details can include:
- Assignee.
- Status.
- Reporter.
- Summary.
- Description.
Use the launch button to open the ticket in the external ticketing system.
