Settings and Configuration

Manage tenant settings, administrators, integrations, archive storage, billing notifications, and asset configuration.

Settings control tenant information, notifications, administrator access, integrations, archive storage, billing information, and configuration lists.

Settings are usually limited to super admins or MSP users with the right access.

Tenant Settings

Open Settings, then General.

  • Tenant admins.

Separate multiple notification recipients with a semicolon.

Use Save after making changes. Use Reset to return the form to the last saved version.

Tenant Admins

The Tenant Admins table shows administrator email, first name, last name, and role.

Use Search to find administrators by email. Use Add Admin to create a new administrator.

Administrator roles include:

Asset configuration manages the metadata used by inventory, reports, dropdowns, and lifecycle views:

  • Categories.
  • Labels.
  • Locations.
  • Manufacturers.

  • Suppliers.

Use Add to create a new value. Select an existing value to inspect or edit it.
