Dashboards and Client Switching

Understand the MSP dashboard, tenant dashboard, client switching, and quick links.

Dashboards give you a starting point for client health, activity, and common next steps.

MSP Dashboard

MSP users may land on a dashboard that summarizes all managed clients. Use it to review client-level activity and jump into the right workspace.

The MSP dashboard can include:

  • Client count.
  • Billable users.
  • Vendors managed.
  • Users onboarded in the last 30 days.
  • Users offboarded in the last 30 days.
  • Deployed assets.

Use Search to find a client by name or related details. Use the owner filter to switch between all accounts and your accounts, when available. Use the tile or table view to change how clients are displayed.

Selecting a client opens that client's workspace. Selecting a metric can take you directly to the related area, such as billable users, open tickets, review users, offboarding, onboarding, or available assets.

Adding a Client Tenant

Users with access can create a new client tenant from the MSP dashboard. The new tenant form asks for:

  • Company name.
  • Company domain.
  • Primary contact email.
  • Onboard notification recipients.
  • Offboard notification recipients.
  • Account owner.
  • Environment.

Separate multiple notification recipients with a semicolon.

Client Switching

MSP users can switch between clients from the client selector in the sidebar or settings area. Search clients when the list is long.

When you switch clients, ORVO updates the workspace context so identities, assets, renewals, archives, settings, and reports belong to the selected client.

Tenant Dashboard

Inside a client workspace, the Dashboard gives a tenant-level summary.

Use the tenant dashboard to review:

  • Company and environment type.
  • License usage and available seats.
  • Users that need review.
  • Workforce counts, including employees and contractors.
  • Billable user counts.
  • Asset counts, including deployed and ready-to-deploy devices.

Dashboard cards often act as shortcuts. Select a card or link to open the related workspace.

Account and Billing Notices

Some users may see trial, billing, inactive account, or recovery notices. Follow the on-screen action when one appears, such as launching the billing portal or recovering an inactive client.
