Asset Reports and AI Enrichment

Use Asset Reports to understand device lifecycle timing, replacement pressure, depreciation, and current value. Use AI enrichment when device purchase data is incomplete.

Open Asset Reports

From the sidebar, go to Assets, then Reports.

Use the mode switch to move between:

• Lifecycle.
• Depreciation.

Lifecycle Report

The Lifecycle report helps you review fleet lifecycle posture, replacement timing, and refresh status.

Use it to answer questions such as:

• Which devices are approaching replacement?
• Which devices are past their expected lifecycle?
• Which devices have enough purchase data for lifecycle planning?
• Which devices are assigned, available, or missing key context?

Search by tag, serial, brand, model, assigned identity, location, or status. Filter by category, status, or lifecycle state.

The device table can show:

• Device.
• Assigned To.
• Status.
• Months Left.
• Age.

Select a device to review replace-by date, purchase date, age, lifecycle years, category, status, assigned user, location, and serial number.

Depreciation Report

The Depreciation report helps you review straight-line depreciation, current value, and lifecycle-adjusted asset value.

Use it to answer questions such as:

• What was the original cost?
• What is the current estimated value?
• How much value has depreciated?
• How much useful life remains?
• Which devices are missing cost data?

The device table can show:

• Device.
• Assigned To.
• Original value.
• Current value.
• Months Left.
• Lifecycle state.

Select a device to review original value, current value, depreciated value, percent remaining, purchase date, replace-by date, age, lifecycle years, assigned user, and cost data.

Export Reports

Use Export Current View to download the filtered report. Use Export All Devices when you need the full asset dataset.

AI Enrichment

Use Enrich All from Inventory or Enrich Inventory from asset reporting when purchase dates or purchase costs are missing.

The enrichment workflow can:

• Run fleet-wide background enrichment.
• Check whether an enrichment job is still running.
• Load the latest saved enrichment report.
• Review suggested date and price estimates.
• Show confidence for suggested values.
• Apply selected estimates to device records.
• Identify whether each selected update targets date, cost, or both.

Review each suggestion before applying it. Use Select Visible when the filtered results are ready to apply, or choose individual devices when only some suggestions are acceptable.

Devices may be skipped when they do not have enough identifying information, such as manufacturer, model, or serial number.

Single-device enrichment is also available from the device editor. Use that flow when you want to enrich and apply suggestions for one device at a time.
