Admin Setup
Add client tenants, configure integrations, configure archive storage, and manage tenant administrators.
Use the admin areas to configure the tenant before operators rely on lifecycle, archive, recommendations, or reporting workflows.
Some admin areas only appear for MSP users or super admins.
Add a Client Tenant
MSP users with access can add a client tenant from the MSP dashboard.
The add-tenant form can include:
- Company name.
- Company domain.
- Primary contact email.
- Onboard notification recipients.
- Offboard notification recipients.
- Account owner.
- Environment.
Separate multiple notification recipients with semicolons.
Manage Tenant Admins
From a client workspace, open Settings, then General.
Use administrator management to:
- Search administrators by email.
- Add an administrator.
- Refresh the administrator list.
- Select an administrator to review or edit details.
Configure Integrations
Open Settings, then Integrations.
Integration settings show connection fields for the tenant environment. Use Test to verify credentials before saving. If credentials fail, ORVO can redirect users to integration settings because connected workspace data cannot be trusted until authentication works.
Configure Archive Storage
Open Settings, then Archive Storage.
Archive workflows require storage for both mailbox and drive data. If either storage area is not connected, archive navigation may be disabled or show Archive setup needed.
After storage is connected, archive records and running jobs can be used for archive, restore, browse, export, and recovery workflows.
MSP Settings
MSP Settings allow MSP users to search clients, select a client, update MSP-level client settings, and manage tenant administrators from the MSP settings surface.
Account Notices
Some users may see inactive account, payment, or recovery notices. Follow the action in the notice when one appears, such as adding a payment method or recovering a client that is pending deletion.
