Intelligence Chat, Data, and Explore
Use metadata-based chat, model coverage data, account exploration, and person-level organizational context.
Intelligence tools help you ask questions about organizational signals, understand what data the model can see, and explore account-level context.
These tools may be limited to enabled accounts.
Chat
Open Chat from Intelligence, ORVO Search, or an Explore person view when available.
Chat is designed for metadata-based questions. The interface states that it uses metadata only and does not access content.
Use Chat to ask about areas such as:
- What needs attention.
- Execution health.
- People dependency risk.
- Cross-team alignment.
- Meeting load and time waste.
- Cost and license efficiency.
- Capacity and org design.
- Decision support.
Suggested prompts can help you get started. Type a question into the composer, then send it. You can stop a running answer if needed.
Chat responses may include confidence, signals, processing steps, and downloadable CSV exports when the answer produces exportable data.
Use New Chat to start a new conversation. Use Export Chat when you need to download the current conversation.
Data
Open Data to review Model Coverage: what the graph can currently see, connect, and unlock.
Use Model Coverage to review:
- Available and unavailable datasets.
- Source systems.
- Dataset descriptions.
- Record counts and highlights.
- Relationships between datasets.
- Join paths that connect records.
- Fields, notes, and capabilities.
Select a source, dataset, or relationship to inspect the details.
Explore Accounts
Open Explore from ORVO Search or supported Intelligence links to review accounts across the organization. Explore may not appear as a sidebar item for every enabled tenant.
Use Search to find accounts by name, email, or department. Sort by name, UPN, department, job title, ORVO type, Teams activity, email activity, or OneDrive activity.
The accounts table can show:
- Name.
- Department.
- Title.
- ORVO type.
- Teams activity.
- Email activity.
- OneDrive activity.
Select an account to open the person-level view.
Person-Level View
The person-level view is designed to summarize operational context for a single account.
Sections can include:
- Dependencies, ownership, backups, and proof.
- Collaboration and communication patterns.
- Execution and workload signals.
- Operational profile and access posture.
- Licenses, groups, and Teams.
- Customer and revenue signals, when connected.
- Jira, meetings, HubSpot, tasks, and ownership detail when those source datasets are connected.
Use Ask in Chat or Ask About This Person to send the selected person context into Chat.
Identity Full Profile
When Intelligence is enabled, Identities can show a full profile panel for the selected account. This view uses the same Explore signal data in the identity workflow so operators can move between identity cleanup and organizational context without leaving Accounts.
Full profile tabs can include:
- Relationships.
- Jira.
- Meetings.
- HubSpot.
- Tasks.
- Ownership.
- Profile.
