$200/mo includes up to 200 active identities. After that, it's $1 per additional active identity per month. ORVO counts active identities automatically, so there's nothing to track.
You only pay for identities that are actually working.
An identity is active and billable if it belongs to your connected Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace directory and has performed at least one qualifying activity in the last 30 days. ORVO detects these signals automatically from the metadata it already ingests.
Sign-in activity
The identity has signed in.
Email activity
The identity has sent or interacted with email.
Teams / collaboration
Activity in Teams or the connected workspace collaboration layer.
File activity
The identity has viewed, edited, shared, or interacted with files.
Any one of these, or any combination, counts the identity as active for that billing period. Inactive identities aren't billed.
